Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 5–15 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
My order seems delayed. What should I do?
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier or customs factors. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@nexovago.com and we'll help track it down.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging and refunded as store credit. See our full Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or defective.
We're sorry! Email support@nexovago.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — we cover the return shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — email us within 24 hours of placing your order. As long as it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is securely processed by Shopify.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer discounts?
